Arresting Samer Bilal Taleb for opening fire towards an attorney’s office

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

As a result of followup, the intelligence directorate arrested on 17/04/2018 in Mathaf – Beirut Samer Bilal Taleb for opening fire along with another ndividual towards the office of Attorney Waddah Hanna el Shaaer where it turned out that the reason for opening fire was personal and there was no political, security and religious background.

The arrested individual was turned in to the relevant authorities where the other individual is being pursued in order to be arrested.
