Arresting several individuals in Ras el Sarj – Ersal

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

As a result of follow up and monitoring and as a result of a raid in Ras el Sarj- Ersal, an intelligence directorate force was able to arrest several individuals suspected in trafficking several weapons and transferring rockets to terrorist organizations. The most important of the arrested individuals is citizen Bachir Ali el Hjeiri and Syrian individual Hani Mahmoud Diab.

Investigation was carried out with the arrested individuals under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
