Arrests following a security incident in Sid el-Bauchrieh

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 12/2/2020 a security incident took place in Sid el-Bauchrieh – Northern Metn and involved a number of citizens due to past personal disputes. The security incident included opening fire, and a clash using batons and knives and resulted in the injury of 7 individuals who were transported to hospitals in the area. An Army unit rushed to the scene and arrested 5 individuals who participated in the clash.
Investigation with the suspects is in process under the supervision of the law.
