Artillery shots on the occasion of the blessed Adha

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On the occasion of the blessed Adha, Army units in Beirut, the North and the South will be launching 2 artillery shots in every region at sunset on Monday 20/08/2015 in order to confirm the beginning of Adha as well as in the morning of the blessed Adha day in order to alert of the time of prayers. Moreover, Army units will be firing one shot during Adha days at the beginning of Dhohr and Asr prayers on 21, 22 and 23/08/2018.
