Attack on an army post and the martyrdom of two soldiers

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 27/9/2020 at 11:00, a terrorist group riding in a car, opened fire towards the guards of an army post in the northern area of Araman – al Minya, and the soldiers responded to fire.
The attack resulted in the martyrdom of two soldiers and the death of one of the terrorists, while others were able to escape.
The authorities are on the chase to catch the fugitives and to uncover the circumstances of the attack.
