Ceremony for the Handover of a Donation from the Dutch Authorities to the Lebanese Army

A ceremony was held at the Charles Helou Station in Beirut for the handover of an in-kind donation provided by the Dutch authorities to the Lebanese Army through the Disaster and Crisis Risk Management Unit for the benefit of families of displaced military personnel.

The ceremony was attended by the Dutch Military Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Vincent Van Ophem, representatives of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, representatives of DCAF, and a number of Lebanese Army officers. The initiative comes within the framework of cooperation with the Civil-Military Cooperation Directorate (CIMIC).
