A Citizen kidnapped in Chtura

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 9/17/2020, gunmen impersonating security personnel and wearing jackets bearing the inscription (Intelligence Directorate), and riding in a Cherokee jeep, kidnapped a citizen (V.M) from the public square in Chtaura and fled to an unknown destination.

An investigation were carried out to arrest those involved.
