Executing exceptional measures on the occasion of Palm Sunday

On the occasion of Palm Sunday for Christian confessions, army units took exceptional security measures around celebration locations and churches. These measures consisted of setting up checkpoints, and dispatching vehicle and foot patrols as well as setting surveillance spots in order to facilitate the commuting of citizens and to preserve their peace and security while participating in their ritual religious ceremonies.
