Finding a bomb in Ersal

The Army Headquarters - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:  
On the same date at 14.30, a bomb was found in Ersal, 100 meters away from the residence of the head of municipality. The bomb weighed 200 grams of C4 and 2 kgs of Ammonium Nitrate with metallic pieces and attached to a regular detonator and set for remote detonation.
The military expert attended the location and worked on dismantling the bomb. Investigations were carried out.
