Finding a weapon stock house containing an explosive belt, several weapons, ammunition and various military equipment belonging to the previously arrested terrorist cell

The Army Headquarters - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement: 

Following the previous statement concerning a raid performed by a special army unit this morning on a terrorist cell in Kherbet Daoud – Akkar and arresting its members, an army unit performed a vast search operation in the mentioned location. Following this operation, the army unit managed to find a weapon stock house containing an explosive belt along with a number of rocket launchers, machine guns, missiles, ammunition, explosives, hand grenades, detonators and ignition devices as well as binoculars, a muffler, several communication devices and different military equipment.

The confiscated items were turned in to the competent authorities and army forces continue to search the mentioned location with the aim of finding similar items.
