Five hoses used to pump flammable materials extended by the Israeli enemy from the occupied Palestinian territories to Lebanese territories

The following statement was issued by the Lebanese Armed Forces Command - Directorate of Orientation:

A joint patrol of the LAF and UNIFIL discovered three hoses used for pumping flammable materials that were extended by the Israeli enemy from inside the occupied Palestinian territories to the outskirts of the town of Labbouneh, South Lebanon. A specialized army unit, in the presence of UNIFIL personnel, worked on dismantling them. During the operation, the army and UNIFIL forces were subjected to hostile fire, but no injuries were reported.

Another joint unit also discovered in the outskirts of the town of Aita Al Shaab, South Lebanon two similar hoses that were extended from the Tel Al Rahib post, which is under Israeli control. Similarly, a specialized unit of the army worked on dismantling them.

The army continues to take necessary measures to monitor the situation at the southern borders in coordination with UNIFIL.
