“We are all aware of the gravity of this period for our region, the numerous changes and complexities in the geopolitical landscape, and the uncertainty surrounding the region’s future as conflicts intensify and expand. This reality weighs heavily on Lebanon from various angles, especially with the Israeli enemy continuing its assaults on our security and sovereignty, following its recent aggression and the heavy human and material losses it caused. Accordingly, the military institution is exerting its utmost efforts to carry out its missions and is working to restore stability in the South through close cooperation with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), within the framework of UN Security Council Resolution 1701.”
He concluded by congratulating the graduates, commending the efforts of the college’s personnel and instructors, and thanking the universities, particularly the Lebanese University, for their academic cooperation with the army to enhance the cultural and scientific level of its members.
