Graduation ceremony of soldiers whose services were prolonged

The graduation ceremony of soldiers whose services were prolonged having finished their training period was held in Araman training camp. The ceremony was headed by Brigadier General George Karkafi representing LAF Commander General Jean Kahwagi and was attended by several. During the ceremony, Brigadier General Karkafi delivered the following speech:

“Your belonging to the military institution, despite the different difficulties that are facing the country, is a pertinent proof that our nation is still ok and that the citizens still believe that the country will remain sovereign, united and independent. It is also a proof that citizens still believe that in the role of the Army as protector of the land, people and institutions and in its soldiers that spare no way to sacrifice their sweat and blood in order to defend the country’s sacred land and to preserve its security and stability.”

The ceremony was concluded with a military parade in which graduating units participated.
