An honoring ceremony for soldiers with special needs, retired and in actual service, in the NCOs Central Club

On the occasion of the Army Day, the Army Headquarters held this morning in the NCOs Central Club - Fiyadiye an honoring ceremony for soldiers with special needs, retired and in actual service. The ceremony was attended by Brigadier General P.S.C Khalil Khalil whonwas representing the LAF Commander General Jean Kahwagi, as well as several officers and guests. Brigadier General Khalil delivered a speech on the occasion in which he commended the sacrifices of the celebrated soldiers and congratulated them on the occasion of the Army Day. His speech included the following: " You have been from the start the first soldiers to prove that the honor of belonging to the army requires a lot of effort, sacrifice and sweat and even reach martyrdom. However, God wanted you to be among your family and comrades, the living witnesses of your army's loyalty to its message and its soldiers' sacrifice in performing their savred duty."
