An individual arrested for belonging to ISIS

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 08/10/2021, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested in a camp in Arsal, the Syrian (A.A.) for participating alongside the terrorist organization Daech during the Battle of Arsal, El Qaa and Ras Baalbek and for targeting with a number of terrorists, an Army vehicle and causing the death and the injury of a number of soldiers.

The arrestee was turned in to the competent judicial authorities.
