Individual arrested for the crime of opening fire at his sister and her husband

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Following the circulation of a video on social media showing Najwa Seif, the spouse of a soldier forcing another woman to kiss her foot, the citizen Yaser Seif opened fire at his sister and her husband Corporal 1^st Class Abdallah Seif inside their residence in el-Miniyeh using a military weapon on this date. The incident led to the death of Najwa Seif and the injury of the Corporal. The intelligence Directorate arrested the shooter and investigation is underway under the supervision of judicial authorities
