An individual arrested, raids in Bekaa valley and confiscation of weapons

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On this day, while LAF units were conducting raids in the towns of Maqne and Younine  - Bekaa to arrest individuals involved in a clash that occurred earlier between two families, one of the patrols were took fire which led the personnel to return fire, wounding one wanted individual then arresting him. Weapons and ammunition were confiscated.

The arrested and the seized items were handed over to the relevant authorities and investigation is in progress under the supervision of the judiciary authorities.
