Individuals arrested and an amount of fuel prepared for smuggling seized

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 24/04/2021, army units arrested 2 citizens and a Syrian in the North and Bekaa, and seized 9160 liters of diesel and around 818 liters of gas, set for being smuggled into Syrian territory. The army units also seized the vehicles used during the smuggling operation.

The seized items were handed over to the competent judiciary authorities.
