Individuals arrested and an amount of fuel set for smuggling seized

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

From 11/06/2021 until 13/06/2021, the army units deployed in the North and Bekaa, arrested 10 citizens and 3 Syrians and thwarted the attempted smuggling of a quantity of fuel into Syrian territory, including: 40000 liters of diesel and 3000 liters of gasoline as well as flour, tobacco, hookah tobacco, all of which loaded in a cistern, 3 cars and 5 Vans.

The arrested individual and the seized items were turned in to the competent judicial authorities.
