Individuals arrested and an amount of fuel set for smuggling seized

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 25 and 26/7/2021, the army units deployed in the North and Bekaa arrested 3 citizens and 3 Syrians, and seized a number of tanks, a pick-up truck, a car and a motorcycle, all loaded with about 7000 liters of gasoline and 2500 liters of diesel fuel, intended for smuggling into Syrian territory.
The arrestees and the seized items were turned in to the competent judicial authorities.
