Individuals arrested and an amount of fuel set for smuggling seized

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
From 19/07/2021 till 22/07/2021, the army units deployed in the North and Bekaa arrested 10 citizens, and seized 3 pickup trucks, 2 vans, 2 cars and a motorcycle all loaded with about 12,200 liters of gasoline and 5,500 liters of diesel intended for smuggling into Syrian territory.

The arrested individuals and the seized items were turned in to the competent judicial authorities.
