The Intelligence Directorate turned in to the relevant judiciary authorities Chadi Mahmoud Amoun

The Lebanese Army Directorate of Intelligence turned in Chadi Mahmoud Amoun to the relevant judiciary authorities for his affiliation to the terrorist organization “ISIS” and for pledging allegiance to the mentioned organization. The suspect played a role in the incidents that targeted the Army in the town of Ersal and participated in the attack against the Army checkpoint in Wadi Hmayed in addition to attempting to storm into the post in 2014. Amoun also had a role in monitoring a number of citizens in the mentioned town with the aim of assassinating them and kidnapping others as well as his activities in arms traffic.
