LAF arrests one of the suspected murderers who killed a petrol station worker in Raoucheh

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 24/3/2020 a LAF intelligence unit arrested one (M.M), in the town of Sabra, for the crime of participating in an armed robbery along with another accomplice in the town of Raoucheh. The Thieves opened fire during the robbery and this resulted in the death of one of the petrol station workers and the injury of another. The video of the robbery and the murder spread throughout social media platforms in the past few days.

A military grade weapon was seized during the arrest in addition to narcotics and work is underway to arrest the second perpetrator.

Investigation is in process under the supervision of the judiciary authorities.
