LAF Commander in Chief meets with the delegation assigned to negotiate the maritime boundary delimitation

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Implementing the directives of President General Michel Aoun, LAF Commander in chief General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh, the delegation assigned to negotiate the maritime boundary delimitation.

During the meeting, LAF Commander gave primary directives to launch the negotiation process in order to delimitate the maritime boundary based on the line from Ras-al-Naqoura overland that extends by the sea according to the midline technique, excluding any impact by the coastal islands of occupied Palestine. This is based on a study done by LAF Command in accordance with international laws.
