Raid and Arrest of 3 Citizens in Hnayder and Al Amayer - Wadi Khaled

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
After a video circulated showing a group of armed citizens threatening several Lebanese entities, a unit of the army, assisted by a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence, raided their homes in the Al Amayer area of Wadi Khaled. They arrested citizens (A.B.) and (R.B.) and seized weapons and military ammunition.
Additionally, another unit at the Hnayder - Wadi Khaled checkpoint arrested citizen (H.H.) while he was attempting to transport military weapons and ammunition from Syrian territory into Lebanon using a van.
The seized items have been handed over, and an investigation has begun with the detainees under the supervision of the relevant judicial authorities.
