A raid in the town of Brital and a quantity of weapons and narcotics seized

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 03/07/2021, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate in the town of Brital - Bekaa, raided the homes of individuals who participated in a clash on 29/06/2021 on the count of purchasing fuel from one of the stations in the area, during which shots were fired from various weapons. The patrol seized a quantity of light and medium firearms, various ammunitions, counterfeit 100-dollar bills, in addition to a quantity of cocaine and Captagon pills.

The seized items were handed over and the issue is being followed up to arrest those involved in the clash.
