Raiding the residences of wanted individuals in Jnah for trafficking narcotics

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

While an intelligence directorate patrol was raiding the residences of wanted individuals in Jnah for trafficking narcotics, Syrian Mohammad Najjar attacked the members of the patrol and attempted to escape them. Therefore, the troops opened fire towards him, leading to his injury in his left foot and arrested him along with Citizen Abbas Ismail who was with him. Moreover, the patrol caught in their possession several narcotics and a large number of Hash as well as 4 cameras and different electronic devices. Mohammad Najjar was transferred to a local hospital for treatment and the other arrested individual was turned in along with the confiscated items to the relevant authorities.
