Refuting rumors about announcing a state of emergency

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Certain social media websites published a statement claiming to be issued by the Army Command, announcing a state of emergency and a curfew in Lebanese regions. The Army Command refutes any truth behind this statement and calls upon citizens to avoid being dragged behind such rumors and to only believe information issued by this command on its official websites.
