Removing weapons, checkpoints and dismantling security blocks in Miyeh w Miyeh camp

In terms of following up with the efforts aimed at bringing peace and stability throughout the Lebanese territories, the LAF Command, in cooperation with the commands of Palestinian factions represented inside Miyeh w Miyeh camp intensified the efforts and held several meetings with the aim of establishing the basic principles of putting an end to armed presence inside the camp. As a result, the first stage of ending armed presence, dismantling checkpoints and security blocks and closing the offices under the supervision of the LAF Command and in coordination with the Palestinian factions.

The command confirms its keen interest in bringing peace and stability throughout the Lebanese territories.
