Seizure of a Large Quantity of Drugs during a Raid in the Town of Housh Tal Safia – Baalbek

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

As part of efforts to combat drug trafficking across various Lebanese regions, and following surveillance and monitoring of gangs involved in drug distribution, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate raided an abandoned house in Housh Tal Safia – Baalbek. Approximately 3,800,000 Captagon pills and 73 kg of white powdered drugs were seized.

The seized items were handed over, and follow-up actions are underway to apprehend those involved.
