Several protesters arrested and some of them released

The Army Command – directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
While the LAF was performing its mission in opening the roads in several Lebanese regions, some protesters addressed the soldiers with provoking expressions and attempting to attack, leading to the injury of several of them, leading to the arrest of the 20 attackers who were turned in to the relevant authorities.
9 of them were released and 7 were kept under investigation, based on the directives of the relevant authorities and 4 of them, including 1 Syrian were turned in to the Military Police after proof of being involved with other crimes.
