Six Soldiers Martyred and Others Injured in Initial Toll Following an Explosion During the Inspection of a Weapons Depot

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
While a LAF unit was inspecting a weapons depot and working to dismantle its contents in Wadi Zabqin – Tyre, an explosion occurred inside the depot, resulting in an initial toll of six soldiers martyred and others injured.
Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the incident.
