Training exercise (SOFEX 2020) completed

Army units, in cooperation with an American training team, completed a training exercise (SOFEX2020), which lasted for five days, and included several maneuvers in different Lebanese regions, that fall within special operations against terrorism.

The exercise included the participation of navy forces, air forces, rangers regiment, airborne regiment, marine commandos regiment, directorate of intelligence – counter terrorism and spying branch, directorate of orientation – psychological  warfare branch, and the directorate of civil – military cooperation.
