Turning in the Syrian individual Omar Matar to the relevant authorities

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
The Directorate of Intelligence turned in to the relevant authorities the Syrian individual Omar Khaled Matar for belonging to the terrorist organization “ISIS” and for participating in the attacks against LAF units during 2014 in Ersal.
