Two individuals arrested at the checkpoint of Sifri

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 28/10/2021, an army unit seized a car at Sifri checkpoint - Baalbek without legal documents, in which citizens (A.Z) and (FA) were traveling. They were arrested and a quantity of hash was seized in their possession. It also turned out that the former is wanted for shooting and wounding a person.

The investigation began with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
