Visitors of the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun

The Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh the deputy manager of the US agency for the limitation of security dangers Admiral Scott Jerabek who was heading an accompanying delegation with the presence of US Ambassador Elizabeth Richard and the US Defense Attaché Colonel Uli V. Calvo where they discussed ways to boost the cooperation in security fields, particularly in fighting terrorism.

Moreover, General Aoun received MP Ibrahim Kanaan with a delegation from the Armed Forces Veterans Committee that included the head of the committee Major General Othman Othman and former Chief of Staff Major General P.S.C Chawki el Masri as well as several retired officers. General Aoun also received Syrian Ambassador Mr. Ali Abd el Karim Ali where they discussed the general situation and former MP Salim Aoun with a delegation from Ferzol who confirmed his support to the LAF and the efforts exerted in preserving the stability of the region. Mr. Wadih Hanna, head of “Loubnan el Chabab” movement was one of the visitors along with a delegation from the municipality councils of Aley. The Armed Forces Commander also received businessman MR.
