Visitors of the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun

The Armed Forces commander General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh a delegation from the money committee in the US congress headed by Mr. Rodney Frelinghusysen, with the presence of Ambassador Elizabeth Richard where they discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the region as well as the US aid program offered to the LAF. General Aoun also received the Estonian defense minister Mr. Juri Luik who was heading an accompanying delegation with the presence of the Estonian ambassador Ms. Marin Môttus where they discussed fields of military cooperation between both armies.
Moreover, General Aoun received the head of the Syriac league Mr. Habib Ephrem who was heading a delegation from the league, then Archbishop Georges Haddad, bishop of the Melkite Greek Catholic Archeparchy of Baniyas and Marjeyoun, then a delegation from to the Antonine University headed by Father Toufic Maatouk where they discussed various affairs.
