Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received in his office at Yarzeh the Papal Ambassador to Lebanon, Monsignor Paolo Borgia, who briefed him on the general situation in Lebanon. He also received the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Mr. Hervé Magro, accompanied by the Military Attaché Colonel Gregory Medina, and they discussed the situation on the southern borders. In addition, he received the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Mr. Thor Wennesland, and they discussed the general situation in the country.
