Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received the U.S. Senators Chris Coons and Richard Blumenthal in the presence of the US Ambassador to Lebanon, Ms. Lisa Johnson. Discussions during the visit covered the general situation in the country.

The visiting delegation was briefed on the situation of the army and the challenges it faces, and discussions were held on ways to continue supporting it.
