Visitors of General Kahwagi

LAF Commander General Jean Kahwagi received in his office in Yarzeh the UNIFIL Commander General Lucciano Portolano where they discussed the situation at the southern borders as well as the bilateral cooperation in order to preserve the stability of these regions and to implement resolution 1701.
Moreover, General Kahwagi received the Commander of the US special forces in the central command General Craig James who was heading an accompanying delegation. Discussions focused on the relations of military cooperation between both armies, particularly in the fields of training and equipping special units. Furthermore, General Kahwagi  received a delegation from the military industries belonging to the Kazakhstanian ministry of defense and discussions focused on the fields of military cooperation. General Kahwagi also received the president of the International  Lions clubs Dr. Jitsushiro Yamada accompanied by the president of the Lions clubs in the Middle East Mr. Mershad el Hajj Chahine.
