VISITORS OF LAF COMMANDER

The LAF Commander, General Rodolph Haykal, received in his office in Yarzeh a delegation from the U.S. Congress, which included Representatives Darin Lahood and Steve Cohen, in the presence of U.S. Ambassador Lisa Johnson and an accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the latest developments. Emphasis was placed on the essential role of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) amid the exceptional conditions and challenges Lebanon is currently facing.
