VISITORS OF THE LEBANESE ARMY COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF

The Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief, General Rodolph Haykal, received in his office in Yarzeh the European Union Ambassador to Lebanon, Sandra De Waele, accompanied by the Military Adviser to the European Union Delegation in Lebanon, Colonel Jan Žemlička, and they discussed the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as ways to support the Lebanese Army.
During the meeting, Ambassador De Waele praised the Army's efforts to preserve Lebanon's stability and security, reaffirming the European Union's continued commitment to supporting the military institution.
General Haykal expressed his appreciation for the European Union's ongoing initiatives to support the Lebanese Army in light of the current challenges.
