The Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief, General Rodolph Haykal, received in his office in Yarzeh the Japanese Ambassador to Lebanon, Kenji Yokota, accompanied by the Military Attaché, Colonel Higushi Tomonari. They discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the region. He also received MP Ahmad Al Khair, followed by MP Antoine Habchi.
