Visitors of the Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief

The Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief, General Rodolph Haykal, received in his office in Yarzeh the Deputy Chief of Staff of the French Army of Operations, General Jean-Michel Meunier, along with an accompanying delegation.
Discussions addressed ways to enhance cooperation between the Lebanese and French armies, as well as the general and internal situation in the country, in addition to the impact of the regional situation and ongoing developments in the region on Lebanon.
During the meeting, General Haykal also offered his condolences for the death of two members of the French unit serving in UNIFIL.
