Visitors of the Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief

The Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief, General Rodolph Haykal, received in his office in Yarzeh the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Ms. Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, on a farewell visit. During the meeting, Ms. Hennis-Plasschaert expressed her appreciation for the Army’s role in maintaining security and stability.

General Haykal also received the Consul General at the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Lebanon, Mr. Sherif Sameh, and they discussed local developments and regional affairs.
