Wanted individuals arrested in Arsal and Hermel

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

An army patrol in Arsal arrested the citizen (N.Q.) while he was driving a Hino pickup, loaded with a quantity of narcotics (4400 liters of liquid materials and 3150 kg of raw materials used in drug manufacturing).

The Syrian (M.H.) was also arrested for possessing 429 grams of hash and a quantity of marijuana and Captagon pills.

The army patrol also arrested at Al-Assi-Hermel checkpoint the Syrian (M.S.) for driving a car without legal documents, possessing a forged amount of money, and a quantity of different types of drugs (cocaine, marijuana, heroin, hash, catexes and various pills).

The arrestees and the seized items were turned in to the competent judicial authorities.
