Wanted individuals arrested in several Lebanese regions

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

An intelligence patrol raided in Nahle – Baalbek the residence of an individual and arrested him for being suspected of being involved in the killing of citizen Hassan Ali Jaafar and confiscated a large amount of narcotics and combat weapons and communication devices in addition to military equipment. During the raid, the patrol came under fire by wanted individuals with no injuries being registered.

Another patrol also arrested in Hazmieh another citizen for opening fire towards Riyqak hospital earlier.

A patrol also arrested in Tripoli Port a refrigerating truck, loaded with a large amounts, estimated to contain around 7 million Captagon pills, hidden and set to be smuggled to Iraq through Turkey. The mentioned individual was caught in the possession of a combat gun and several magazines.

Interrogation was carried out with the arrested individuals under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
