Warning concerning the use remote controlled drones of different types and sizes

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
The Army command warns the owners of remote controlled drones of the dangers of using them above Lebanese territories, particularly near military posts and critical and vital locations without a permit issued from the Directorate of Orientation under the penalty of taking it down as well as the legal pursuit of their operators, due to the massive dangers they could form over official institutions, security equipment and general safety. The Army Command reminds citizens that the required documents to request a filming permit using a drone are available on the LAF official website: www.lebarmy.gov.lb
