7 individuals arrested for preparing smuggling individuals by sea in Bebnin – North

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 09/07/2023, In follow-up to the failed attempt to smuggle individuals across the sea on 8/7/2023, an army unit supported by a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, raided the residences of those involved in the smuggling network in the town of Bebnin - North, and arrested 7 citizens, and seized firearms and a quantity of ammunition in their possession.
The seized items were handed over and the investigation was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
