Memorandum of cooperation signed between the Lebanese Armed Forces and Beirut Arab University

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Lebanese Army and Beirut Arab University at the Army Command headquarters. The memorandum included a protocol of academic collaboration and providing facilitations to troops on active duty and retirement, as well as the as well as the families of martyred soldiers. The agreement was signed between the LAF Commander General Joseph Aoun and the president of the University Dr. Wael Nabil Abdel Salam, in the presence of Army officers and a delegation of the University administration. General Aoun expressed his appreciation to the University for this initiative. On the other hand, Dr. Abdel Salam affirmed that the University highly appreciates the efforts of the Army in preserving security and stability in Lebanon.
